WARRANTY
All
TTYs and assistive listening device products come with a limited
one-year warranty (excluding damage caused by accident, misuse or
abuse) unless otherwise stated.

STORE 30-DAY REFUND
or EXCHANGE POLICY
We
will gladly give a refund* or exchange* within 30 days if you are
not satisfied with the product. The item must be in its original
carton, and in "LIKE NEW" condition with the instruction
manual, warranty cards, all accessories and with a copy of the original
invoice in order to receive a refund.
Please enclose the following:

authorization number (by calling us first)

full name and full address and telephone number

The Item enclosed and THE SERIAL NUMBER
Notes:
1. Refund requests
will not be accepted for hotel kits.
2. An
exchange or credit will be issued to you if all above criteria are
met.
3. We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee for returns.
4. Shipping costs are not refunded.

$5.00 - $50 = add $5.50

Online Orders Over $150 = FREE STANDARD UPS SHIPPING!

orders shipping outside the continental U.S., including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and Canada: Shipping costs to locations outside the continental U.S. will be higher than the amount shown during checkout on this website. Please contact us directly for your actual shipping cost (shipping cost shown during checkout on this website

not be the actual shipping cost).
There
is no charge for handling.
Georgia
residents: All items sold to Georgia Residents are subject to sales

Unless
defective, there is no return permitted on ADA kits.
